hi, i would just like to mention that confetti in mexico isnt papel picado, confetti is confetti and papel picado is paper cut in such a way that the holes in it form figures and designs and is used alot for the day of the dead for example it is made pretty much in the same way that in the states snow flakes are cut out of paper. :) |
