							| Translation doubt: sobreturno
 |
							| Hi!   A student wanted to share an anecdote in class and asked me for this particular word. In our country we make an appointment to see the doctor but sometimes when its really important you might go there without one. However, you should be prepared to wait for a very long time! This is a "sobreturno".   Thanks in advance and have a great week    | 1 Dec 2010

							| The only word I can think of is  waiting list.    He never made an appointment, so his name s last on the waiting list, he might have to wait all day. | 1 Dec 2010

							| You explained the situation, but didn t tell us what the sobreturno is. Is it the wait, the list or the person? A person who arrives without an appointment is called a "drop-in". Maybe that helps you.   Bruce | 1 Dec 2010
