							| 2 fidelina: 2 Alex: it looked so appealing I have developed an immediate craving for pavlova. It s a pity those berries aren t available this time of year here. Now I have to cook a not so savouring supper for my boys Sophia | 2 Dec 2010

							| mmm ... delicious pavlova - and well be seeing tonnes of it this festive season.   Now, to quote from the article:   Some might be tempted to ask: does it matter? ... "It probably does matter, at least if youre from Australia or New Zealand ..." So a ruling has been made, but the debate may well continue
As an Aussie I can most definitely state that it does matter and yes the debate will continue.  Furthermore, while the article says that the first written recipe in a cookbook appeared in NZ it was actually first made in Perth (my hometown) before the published recipes in NZ.     Thanx for the article Almaz - its a great resource.   Cheers   Jayho      | 3 Dec 2010
