You can freely use them.
If you want to make sure you don īt get reported, just write the source of your cliparts in a tiny font at the bottom of your worksheet.

Hi,
I use his clipart very often. Some time ago I wrote him for permission and he answered his clipart may be used for non-commercial use and for education. Phillip was very kind and I keep his reply in my folder ;o))
