							| stick into? or stick in
 |
							| Hi!   I have two questions, and hope you can answer and help me.   Can I use stick into or stick in in the following sentence?   The chewing gum stuck into / in his hair.   My another question is different. Can anyone tell me why I can t download some wss from the today s prontables? When I try to download them the system wants me to login again. Do you know why it is?   Thanks for your help in advance, Susan | 10 Dec 2010

							| Thanks for your fast reply. I understand why you wrote it in passive, but I wanna use it in active form in my sentence. Do you think I can do? | 10 Dec 2010

							| I think Alex meant to write "stuck" in both sentences. Also, if you don t want to use the passive, you would say "The chewing gum stuck to his hair", which has a somewhat different meaning. | 10 Dec 2010

							| I would usually say "He got gum in his hair"  or "He s got gum stuck in his hair" or "The gum got stuck in his hair."  Or if someone else put it there, "She stuck gum in his hair." | 10 Dec 2010
