							| Score points - In doubt
 |
							| I started to teach this year and I m not sure about the points I assign to exam activities As you can see above, vocabulary activities = 12 points earned                                     grammar activities    =  4 points earned communication activities (i.e. completing a dialoge) = 12 points earned - communication act. not above for space reasons- Would you change anything? Why? Don t worry, your comments won t offend me.                                        | 14 Dec 2010

							| I would give one point for each sentence in the grammar part. I think this is as difficult as writing the numbers. | 14 Dec 2010

							| Hi Carinita, here we usually give 1 point for listening, vocabulary, matching ex, cloze ex, and the like. It takes 2 if it is sth where sts have to elaborate e.g. answer questions, find evidence for false sentences, etc. A composition usually takes 10.  Maybe you should ask your inspeccin de ingls, they are the ones who usually asign points and tell you what kind of exercises you have to add to a text for testing sts.
