Let me add smth. related to my personal experience with Teletubbies: I think that colposinquanonia attacks not only toddlers as you suggested, but also their parents who begin to call Po and co. compulsively begging them to commit suicide, before they (parents) commit suicide themselves  . At least that was what I wanted to do 7 years ago, when my daughter was a big fan of Teletubbies.
Well, now seriously: colposinquanonia is -

Po - the red Teletubby
sin(a) qua non - essential condition
ia - suffix indicating a disease or pathological condition
So colposinquanonia is obviously a compulsion to call Po on the telephone. This condition is most problematic in toddlers.
