"Whatcha" isn ´t actually a word. When we speak quickly, our words tend to run together, so "What are you" contracts into "Whatcha". Here are a few similar "words":
Wairdja = Where did you Wairdja go after the movie?
Hoodja = Who did you Hoodja go with?
Wydja = Why did you Wydja hit me?
Whadja = What did you Whadja say?
Didja = Did you Didja do your homework?
Jeet = Did you eat Jeet yet?
Wenja = When did you Wenja get home last night?
