							| Hi,   A procedure is a way of doing an activity which needs skills: for e.g: she is a wonderfully creative dancer, but she doesn t have the technique of a truely great performer.   While an activity can be defined as a movement, work or something can be done to achieve an aim or enjoy yourself (organised event).   Hope I added something useful | 20 Dec 2010
