I DON�T KNOW WHAT�S HAPPENING, BUT THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT I HAVE DOWNLOADED A WORKSHEET WITHOUT SUCCESS. I�M NOT SURE WHETHER IT IS MY CONNECTION OR SOMETHING ELSE... THE THING IS THAT I HAVE LOST CREDITS AND I SIMPLY DON�T KNOW WHAT TO DO IN THIS SITUATION AS I AM A NEW MEMBER... WHAT DO PEOPLE DO IN SITUATIONS LIKE THESE... DOES ANYONE KNOW...DOES THIS HAPPEN OFTEN TO PEOPLE... THANKS..
