Hello Friends! My 16 year old students have asked what happened in the 2008 finnancial crisis so I would like to make a lesson on it. I have checked on the internet but its all very in depth, does anyone know where I can find a basic summary?

Try the BBC website. They don �t usually delete old pages, and there �s tons of information about the crisis, some of it in �summary � form. You �ll need to use the search engine at the top of the �news � page to find exactly what you want, and you �ll need time to sort out exactly what you want...
I did it for 10 minutes and found these:
