							| WOD for Wednesday January 5, 2011.
 |
							| Due to technical difficulties (foot in mouth) I ve chosen a new word. PHLYAROLOGIST is the new word for Wednesday January 5, 2011. Friends and friendlettes please do not use dictionaries or Google the word. Give us your best made up daffynition and remember, be careful out there.
Thank you all for your support. Ed | 5 Jan 2011

							| aaaa good one! I used this word once to describe a student.....had to get it off my chest but didn t want to seem too rude... This is a fairly new word, a bit more sophisticated but of the same category as bullshitologist.  It is a combinations of phlegm and yarn with the addition of ologist to give it an air of distinction. In it s most primary form it refers to those (hopefully kids) who pride themselves on their ability to produce long threads of slimy spit.      From here the word evolved to indicate those who seem to be preoccupied with just that and not much more, e.g. the kid who runs around spitting at others or grossing them out by showing just how long his thread of spit can be before sucking it back in....(in this context I used it in my evaluation of one of my students, as I mentioned before) In its most abstract form it is an euphemism for the pre-verbal  variant of someone who is full if shit i.e. someone who is full of spit      | 5 Jan 2011

							|   PHLYAROLOGIST     Well it is a GREEK word....and I know what it means but...I ll try for something funny....   So here I go....   PHLY=... DR.Phyl... UROLOGIST....instead: ...AROLOGIST.....   Therefore: Dr Phyl has become a urologist...   Have a nice day... | 5 Jan 2011

							| Phly  = Fly A      = a
 Rolo  = Rolo

 -gist  = suffix designating one who studies

 Therefore: Phlyarologist (n) 1. a specialist in the phenomenon of flying Rolos.  2. an aviator who is addicted to Rolos. 3. one suffering from phlyarology (the delusion that one may mount or otherwise "use" a full pack of Rolos in order to "fly"
