 I think the only one correct and possible variant here is: Can you sing as well as she (can)? the second  �can � (at the end of the question) can be omitted.   �her � is a possessive adjective so it requires a noun after itself (e.g. Are your songs as nice as her songs? but personally I would use a possessive pronoun instead and say "Are your songs as nice as hers?") Hope it �s useful :-)
