Yesterday I saw a date write like this: 14th on February of 2011
It is well said like this? I thought no but I �m not sure...

I �d write 14th February, 2011 or February 14th , 2011 . And I�d say it just like Frank says ... |

I agree with the others.
I would write this phrase:
"14th February, 2011", or "February, 14th, 2011",
I would say:
"The 14th of February, 2011", or "February the 14th, 2011".
