DENMARK, (CO) TURKEY and ROMANIA need serious partners for their Comenius Project

Our ex-partners Italy and Portugal left us with a nearly-ready Comenius
project which has a topic we think has a great chance to be accepted. It
is about PERIPHARY. It is said no more projects regarding cultural
themes will be accepted or has little chance to be accepted. We have A
COMMON PROBLEM, which the evaluators of these projects are looking for.

Here is a summary of our project: (see if it suits you, please)
Living
in a peripheral area is not mostly a local problem but a worldwide
problem experienced by many people today. These people have worries
about their future as where they live is shrinking, losing its number of
people continuously, and taking many opportunities away from their
hands. By working with pupils from other European schools, this project
will help our students be more aware of how other societies/cultures
suffer from periphery and what they do to find ways to overcome this
mutual problem. Our students aged between 16 and 19 will produce �The
Journal of The People Living In The Shade Of Periphary�. The guide
would contain people�s ideas on how they are affected by living in a
peripheral area and on how people/businesses can make a significant
contribution to improve conditions in where they live. We plan to visit
areas which can be improved to make where they live attract people
(businesspeople or tourists). We will produce the journal as a hard copy
and digitally. It will be disseminated to schools, businesses,
community organisations such as libraries and community centres. The
guide will also be advertised in, and distributed through, the local
media (TVs and/or local and national papers).

But we do not have partners from Portugal and Italy now. There may be some colleagues from these countries who saw the message and thought they could not be partners with us as we already had someone from their countries. Am I wrong, Alicia?
