Please excuse me for asking - but that is basic knowledge for any teacher and is usually taught at most teacher �s colleges.
We studied teaching strategies for 3 years. I wouldn �t know where to start.
There is a big difference between teaching beginners and older students.
Try buying some books on this subject or take some courses.
