There must be aproblem with my acccount... I had 99 points and 99 downloads. I won 3 points but i can �t download cause it says that I have 102 downloads without having done any downloads and i can �t find it in my downloads folder anything. |

i �m not sure I understand your problem...
are you saying you can �t download new contributions or old ones? if you �ve already downloaded 30 new contributions today, it �s normal you can �t download anymore for free...
These are all the contributions that users sent yesterday.
As a premium member, you can download 30 for free.
Right now, you can download
30 of these
contributions free of charge. = i can download 30 of these contributions because i haven �t downloaded any today so far...
if you �re talking about old contributions you should be able to download 102 of them: but be careful each time you click on Download this worksheet it will cost you a point even if you just open the document and do not wish to save it... so be careful...
by the way, there is no "download folder" you have to save the ws/powerpoint you download on your computer if you want to keep them...

i haven �t done 102 downloads not even accidentaly but i am shown as i have done 102 well i might be wrong...
