Dear colleagues
I am currently designing an advance program for our school (commercial college, 2000 students) to support a) gifted and b) challenged learners of English. Do you have things like that for ESL-learners at your school or could you please share your ideas on this topic with me?
At this stage money is no object, this means all ideas should be considered. If they can be implemented in the end is another question but organisational questions should not harm your creativity!
