I �ve been trying to send a printable for the last 4 days, but it isn �t working!
I keep getting this error message:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error �800adf21 �
Unknown runtime error: �ActiveDocument.SaveAs �
/send_printables/sendprintablesnew.asp, line 123
What does it mean? Am I doing something wrong??

Hi, I had a few days like that last week but kept re-trying and re-trying. Eventually I managed to get 1 ws uploaded a day (try at least 20 times!!)
This week I tried to upload 1 and it went immediately!
I think its a common problem....you just have to be reeeeally patient
