Hi:
I have just seen this topic in my class and I used colorful cardboards, I drew two bodies, a fat one, a slim one and a thin one, each in a different cardboard, then in separated pieces of paper I made different eyes, noses,mouths and hairs ( it can be whatever you are planning to use).Then I pasted the body parts in the correct places and describe it, you can change and combine all the elements. You can give some vocabulary before, or do the activity and let them remember and then you do the vocabulary.
