Problems with the background text colour

In my last exercise I used the background colour for the title and now I can �t clean it from the left side of the screen. I made several attempts but have not succeeded.
Help me, please.

Have you tried white background?
Have you tried deleting all the "colourful rows", the whole colourful area and start writing AT THE beginning of the first "white" uncoloured row?
Have you tried copying the text with white background into a blank new document and typing the title again at the beginning of the file?
At least one of this "methods" usually works... Let me know when you succeed...
