							| Hi Jayho, With reference to your question........ The words...... By Joe, Spiffing, Old boy, By Jove, Jeeves as I know was used in the British forces with the high ranking offices. Sometimes used for expressing pleasure, excitement, joy, and greeting a fellow officer back in the 1st and 2nd world wars. Hope this helps with where these originated from Jayho.
