							| WOD June 6th, 2011
 |
							| Hello dear colleagues, sorry for making you wait. I was chosen winner of the WOD last week (http://www.eslprintables.com/forum/topic.asp?id=28717) but never noticed because I was away for a couple of days.
 Glad you liked my definition.
Now here is a new word, I hope it ll set your imagination on fire

 tintinnabulate

Good luck! The winner will be proclaimed on June 7th, 20.00 European Summer Time!

P.S. As usual, this is not about guessing what the word means, but about finding an inventive and witty definition !

							| You should have added: "If anyone even mentions the name of a Belgian boy detective, by god, I will swing for them!"
(which is actually what it means) | 6 Jun 2011

							| Ah, you re on to me... OK, I ll let you in on my secret....I am not too fond of cooking so I ll fake a homemade meal now and then, especially during the many holidays we have here...I will open some cans and pretend I am rinsing fresh ingredients for the sound effects from the kitchen... Tin= can Tin tin = several cans ablution = washing or cleansing esp. as part of a ritual (such as preparing holiday meals.)   tintinnabulate = rinsing the cans to create the impression you are actually cooking these enormous family dinners from scratch..... | 6 Jun 2011

							| Here we are. Bad participation, are people fed up with WOD games or just busy working in their gardens or having picnics? The true definition of the word tintinnabulate is

ring or sound like a small bell

I liked Marion s definition best and hereby declare her the winner!
