I need your advice now . Can you recommend me with the most current educational issues nowadays because Iam going to choose a topic and design
a suitable workshop for the new trainee teachers .

I am not sure if any of these topics might be of interest, but maybe they might help you brainstorm topics that will be useful to your audience.
Using web 2.0 tools in instruction? (xtranormal video, devolver video, glogster, comix.com, animoto, dropbox, voki, voicethread)?
Using a virtual classroom such as Moodle?
Research based learning?
Assessment that takes into account multiple intelligences?(Example: making a quilt or mask as an assessement instead of writing a report)?

At my school at the moment we are moving towards an Open Learning Plan. What is that? The walls have come down in the classrooms and all the teachers and students in an area work together. Many schools in Australia are now working towards that goal...not sure how it will work but so far so good in other schools!
