"My face is red" or "His face is red" usually means embarrassed rather than angry, although "He is red in the face" does mean angry. Sophia is right about green and blue, although we don �t usually specify the face, especially with blue (except when a person has died of a heart attack). Like Sophia, I �m not exactly sure what you need. Bruce |

go white with anger
turn pale with fright
fear blanched her lips
go green with envy
go blue with cold
turn blue with cold
her cheeks pinked with happy colour
her complexion gathered colour (she looked fresh)
turn yellow (have heart at heels)
