							| "My face is red" or "His face is red" usually means embarrassed rather than angry, although "He is red in the face" does mean angry.   Sophia is right about green and blue, although we don t usually specify the face, especially with blue (except when a person has died of a heart attack).   Like Sophia, I m not exactly sure what you need.
