As I have become premium member, I have got 30 points. Do I have to use all my points in the same day or Can I use them on different days? |

Your 30 free points are not accumulative, each day you will start out with 30 points always no matter if you spent all your points or none of them.

Hello,
My problem is the message: As a premium member (with more than 30 points) you can download 30 of the NEW printables for free.(No points needed)
Today, you have 0 free downloads left.
Why do I have 0 free downloads left if I haven�t downloaded anything yet? Shouldn�t I have 30 free downloads left?

Probably because you just got your thirty points needed to become a premium user. You need to wait 24 - 48 hours until your points are awarded to you and then you can most likely start downloading.
