							| Hello friends,
I have just been told by my "dear" boss that I ll have to "interview" two people who are willing to take a IELTS course... I have NO ideia what to do... they also asked me to give a written test... Can anybody suggest some meterial or a website.

							| Hi, Geovane! There are a lot of books (157) with the tests you need on http://englishtips.org/

Find  IELTS  on the left side of  the screen among the CATEGORIES. Choose the one you like and down load it after the registration. Julia | 2 Aug 2011

							| It s clear you haven t got a clue what IELTS is about or how to test people. My advice would be to give them a regular placement test (I hope you have that at least) and see how well they do.
If you or they burst out in tears after seeing their placement test score, they are not ready to prepare for IELTS. Since IELTS is a tough test, only students who are around (or almost) intermediate level should start preparing for it.
Don t even think about enrolling beginners or elementary students as they ll be wasting both time and money. These students should take a general English course and improve their level first. Take a mock IELTS test yourself and youll understand whats involved and how difficult it is.
