Hello, Everyone,
 
This was the "WORD of the DAY", for the weekend.
What does this genuine, much-used, idiomatic expression REALLY mean?
"TO BE NOSEY"
Here are the definitions given by Members.
 
 
Oxford English Dictionary: nosy (also nosey) informal adjective (nosier, nosiest) showing too much curiosity about other people �s affairs: nosy neighbours; stop being so nosy!
verb (no object, with adverbial) pry into something: they don �t nosy into your business like some people.
adverb nosily; noun nosiness.
