Don�t be concerned orchiddl. Life is always happening. If I had a problem including personal experience when discussing something important or helpful then I wouldn�t! My experiences,formal & informal education have helped me to be aware of what I really feel is important & also to keep things in perspective.
All I can say is that my life (overall) has taught me the importance of compassion, care, honesty, that I am always learning something (I never know it all, despite what I my ego might say) and that the physical aspects of life (wealth, consumerism) are not really as important (apart from food, water & air) as more altruistic things like caring for life & others without expecting a payment in return.
