							| Try to start out with a good icebreaker.  Get to know your students and learn some of their interests right off the bat.  Also, think about how you �ll motivate them and the classroom rules.

							| I like to have a chat with them about their experience with English, their expectations. what they like best and what they hate. While doing so I get to know each of them and their knowledge of English  (if they do not say, I usually ask). That�s the moment I explain the way we will work and what I expect... 
 Speaking, listening to them, showing interest and your wish to help them overcome difficulties, improve makes the way easier to demand from them afterward.
