I use YouTube Video Downloader to download any video from YouTube. You can choose the format you want to download it (flv, avi, mp4). It�s free and you can get it here: http://www.youtubedownloadersite.com/
Sometimes, if I don �t want the video, just the audio, there�s a website to extract the audio fro YouTube videos and download them as mp3. Its http://www.vidtomp3.com/index.php It �s very easy to use, you just copy and paste the video URL into atext box in the website and click download. The website does the rest and then you just download it to your computer.
