Which Multi-media English Course would you recommend?

Hi All!
I am currently developing a training strategy for one of my students (she is an adult Human Resources person currently at about a B2 level, with weak speaking skills) and I want to have her take a multi-media English course as a supplement to what I will be providing.
What multi-media (computer-based, online, etc.) would you recommend or have you had good (or bad) luck with?
A couple I have looked at so far are:
-Rosetta Stone (I �ve always heard good things about it, but I don �t know if that is just due to good advertising)
-uaslearns.org ( A US government sponsored, free, online course)
Any suggestions or experiences would be greatly appreciated,

Livemocha.com offers both beginner (free) and intermediate courses (a fistful of dollars) that combine language learning with a social media network (they suggest online language partners and let members worldwide comment on each others � submissions).
Similar to but definitely less boring than the Rosetta Stone. To be honest, my only experience is with Chinese, not English lessons.
