Today it only gives me 10 free downloads. Yesterday I downloaded 20 free activities, but it �s 12:15 now, and I should have 30 again. Do you know the reason? |

I can only think of one possible answer: Victor is making changes in an overloaded system, so maybe that is why things are not always working properly. Let �s wait... |

I have got 30 free worksheets, no problem here...
So it might be a server glitch
or you downloaded UNINTENTIONALLY 20 worksheets AFTER midnight Spanish time.
30 free worksheets per day - from midnight SPANISH time (GMT+2)
If you don �t have any spare points, you may try to contact the uploader and ask him/her to send the ws by email.
Or you can upload a new worksheet, gain some points and download the old wss even though it costs you points.
It had happened before. The server sometimes counts the "yesterday �s" downloads as well as the today �s downloads...
I think you will get free 30 points on Sunday again...

Since several people experience the same problem, it is a server glitch.
The website "forgot" the midnight "switch".
If Victor comes back, he will fix it asap....
Otherwise, please be patient and spend your points wisely = download carefully. :-)

I �m relieved, I see it �s just a technical problem. I thought I had done something wrong. Although it is unfair for pepople who have uploaded activities today. If we have less free downloads they �ll get less points. |
