HELLO, DEAR COLLEAGUES!!!
I have sent a worksheet today, but the preview is a total mess . Can anybody explain what to do?

Hello Maria,
This problem happens sometimes if you use uncommon fonts. The server doesn �t have those fonts, so in the preview those fonts are replaced for other ones which are bigger or smaller, and therefore all the rest of the worksheet will be misplaced.
The best solution is to use common fonts (the ones that usually appear in windows: comic sans, times new roman, verdana, etc) Or to embbed the fonts in the document. You can see how to do that in this free tutorial by Liz Santiago:
