							| Hi friends, could you give me advice? If I say hotel, the pronunciation is on the second syllable. What if I say a hotel room? Is the pron. of the hotel at the first syllable? Thnx. | 16 Nov 2011

							| Hi ivush,   In Br Eng, the pronunciation is the same, with the stress on the second syllable, whether you use hotel as a noun or an adjective. | 17 Nov 2011

							| Hello Ivush,
Being from England, I put more stress on the second syllable. I ve had a quick practice and found that if I add room , then the stress is still on the second syllable, hehe.
 Cheers,
