Hi everyone !Merry Christmas! I don �t know what do we call the the person who works in apartment, brings newspaper , takes the rubbish out and cleans the stairs etc .We sometimes call doorman but It is not polite .Is there another word  to use intead of it ?Hugs from Turkey

A doorman is someone who is posted at the door.  What you describe would be called a janitor, caretaker, custodian or building superintendent.
