hi you can start your lesson by picture of a person who is in hospital n ask your ppl why this person is in hospital so u can deal with ill illness sick->sickness hospital then show them of contaminated lungs try ur best to suggest even through showing a packet of cigarette ; then u can speak about negative effects -> smoking damages your health.
you can ask your pupils to do role play of a doctor n a heavy smoker n the doctor advises the smoker to give up smoking. using you should , you must ; it is necessary ; u ought etc
