							| Hello! The word definitely is an adverb of certainty so these adverbs express how certain or sure we feel about an action or event. Common adverbs of certainty:certainly, definitely, probably, undoubtedly, surely

Adverbs of certainty go before the main verb but after the verb to be :

He definitely left the house this morning.

He is probably in the park.

The first of your sentances is correct: Houses will be definitely constructed.
 Have a nice day! Tanya | 23 Jan 2012

							| I agree with the other native speakers!
NOTE: the word is "differently"   NOT "definitely" | 23 Jan 2012

							| The thing is both variants can be used. It depends on stylistic purpose of the sentence. Though I see now that my example wasn t the good one.  I do believe that native speakers know better. I am guided by the grammar rules and the experience I have, but I clearly understand that it is not the same as a real, "live" english and I take into consideration opinions of native speakers.
