is it correct to say :

thursday, February, 10th, 2012 or thursday ,february 10th ,2012

Days of the week - like months - are usually capitalised (Monday, Tuesday etc).

Edit: If you check Anita�s link, you�ll find what are generally considered established UK and American versions, although there is also some crossover.
