I may be starting to teach teens soon enough. Except I �m completely lost, as I only taught children before.
How one should teach basic English to 12 to 15 year olds?

The best way is by finding what their interests in music, fashion and films are. Then choose some light lyrics of any song of their liking and use it as a teaching aid. Print out the lyrics and underline nouns and verbs and adjectives. You may use colour coding for subject verb and object. It totally depends on what your grammatical objective is.
It is fun seeing teens enjoy themselves and learn at the same time.

I feel the
same as I am in your shoes. After 2 weeks I will teach teens and I am scared. I
have only one idea:
I will take
photos of them or download their pictures from Facebook and when I make
worksheets for them I will use these pictures.
I hope they
will love it.
