That �s right - it doesn �t, so you can �t.
You need to save your document as a word doc.

Although I don �t have Windows 7 myself, I think you can do this by choosing "save as," opening the drop down box and selecting one of the older versions of Windows to save it as.
From this link here:

it looks like it will read something like "Word 97-2003 document."

send it in word doc. form
just change your docx file (office 2007) into word doc. (office 2003) by using "save as" button..
