							| Hundred,thousand,million .. are numeral cardinal adjectives and like any other adjective, they don �t agree with the noun: 10 million euros/ eight hundred pounds/ 10 thousand riyals.
 your example: it cost me 10 million ( euros/pounds/ riyals)
