When will i get position of premium user?

Dear friends,

I �m new user to this site. I �have uploaded 3 worksheets and have received 72 downloads. however, after waiting for two more days why i have not been given position of Premium User?

i downloaded about 34 worksheets. and still i spend my points to download more...

can anyone help me understanding the system?

The 30 free downloads are only for new worksheets (the ones accessed at the left of your screen).
