You asked me how I downloaded the video. Well I sent a PM to Tachitorres but I �ve realised that the video can �t be sent as I sent it to a friend and she didn �t get it.
So I think you should have internet download manager on your PC, go to the link on the worksheet and download the video. This is what I did.

Hello, unfortunately Internet Download Manager isn �t a freeware, you just get e free 30 day trial when you install it on your computer...There are other downloading softwares, but it looks as if they can �t downlad videos from the BBC site...Too bad.

Problem solved: the video is has been uploaded to Youtube, so it �s easily downloadable there:
