							| Dear all,    I found: Okay, I realized pretty quick that he wasnt technically dead . He was undead.  (from: House of Night - Marked - p.c. and Kristin Cast)   In my opinion it should be quickly. Is quick colloquial and also accepted?   Thank you for answering my question   mia001   | 6 Apr 2012

							| Hey Mia!
Quickly is correct.  Quick is an americanism , I believe, and is definitely in common usage there.
 Hope this helps,

							| We do hear "quick" used in this context in the USA, but it is still considered non-standard. It sounds uneducated to me. | 6 Apr 2012
