Hi ASA,
I�d start with a general definition of soft skills.
With the list you�ve given can you see any general categories? For example I see a few general categories already:
character
attitude
endeavour
communication
adaptability
logic ability
Then maybe do a �mind map� of the different characteristics you come up with. Get the students to make the suggestions. maybe divide your class into groups, get each group to focus on one aspect of soft skills & then bring the group together to create a giant mind map...
That�s how I�d start, anyway - get the student�s engaged as quickly as possible.
How many classes do you need to teach on the subject matter?

Thank you so much for your reply.... it is really a nice idea ..
In fact I need about from 15 to 20 classes about the topic.
I think it would be better if I can give them some Powerpoint presentaion on each aspect.. but where can I get info or materials??
