Hello Dear Mr/Ms
I have a problem. My lap top went wrong. I had to buy a new one, and it has of couse a new operation system. So when i entered here, it shows i have no printables what i already uploaded and i have no pionts. :(
Can you check this and make it somehow back again, or i have to start everything again? ???

The fact that you changed computer has nothing to do with that. I access this website from different computers and have access to all my work if I want to. Are you sure you have the right account? Maybe your printables have been deleted because they were reported.

If you don �t know what have happened with your printables, the best thing to do is contacting Victor. I am afraid nobody else can give you an answer.
