I have a problem with sending new printables. When it is uploaded a message :"No account was found matching your username and password. Please try again" But I am really sure it is ok. Can you help me? I have thois problem from last week. Thanks.K.

HI Kacenka!

Are you sure your caps lock is not on when you type your password?

Any way If I were you I would "edit your acccount change the password" and try to upload again.... It might work...

If not contact the web master: Victor Gayol. I am sure he will help you.

Hi Kacenka,

There �s something else that you could try:

Change the character encoding, that helped me when there appeared strange charakters on my site after the latest update of Microsoft Windows.
