By the moment I don�t know a voice chatting room. I also would be interested in order to practice my oral English.
If I find something I will try telling you.
I have been doing some internet searching on internet and I have found this, I have no references about it. But it can be a good one to find some people to practise.

Hi Zuzuhany, Have you tried busuu.com ? Here you can learn different languages ( for free ) and you can also keep in touch with other people speaking english. I like this site.
