Hi David, I seem to remember that the site works on the CET time zone. (Victor teaches in Spain, so it sort of makes sense)

However, since yesterday there is a problem with the site. No one has the usual 30 downloads per day to download. I believe we will have to wait for Victor to fix the problem.
